可降解螯合剂及微生物强化植物吸收重金属的研究
添加不同微生物、不同比例的螯合剂(EDDS∶EL),进行五因素四水平的正交试验,研究龙葵和羽叶鬼针草对复合污染型土壤中Cd和Pb的吸收能力。结果表明,龙葵对铅和镉具有超富集作用,适宜的螯合剂比例、微生物种类有利于提高植物对镉、铅的吸收能力。当土壤中镉投加浓度为60 mg.kg-1,铅投加浓度为1 800mg.kg-1,EDDS∶EL比例为1∶1,接种ZC或Z11,龙葵对镉的吸收量最大;土壤中镉投加浓度为30 mg.kg-1,铅投加浓度为1 800 mg.kg-1,EDDS∶EL比例为1∶0,接种ZC,龙葵对铅的吸收效果最好。...
