桑叶γ-氨基丁酸提取工艺的响应面优化

By seriatim-factorial experiment and Box-Behnken test,the extraction conditions of γ-aminobutyric acid(GABA) from mulberry leaf with water were optimized. The results showed that the extraction rate was 0.464% under the following modification conditions: the ratio of mulberry leaf powder to water was 1(g)∶30(m L) and treated at 50℃ for 2.13 h. The order of the factors influencing the result was extraction time ﹥ ratio of mulberry leaf powder to water ﹥ temperature.
