LLC谐振电路无传感器同步整流控制策略

针对同步整流驱动优劣改变会引起LLC谐振电路输出电压变化的特点,分析推导出了LLC电路输出电压与同步驱动时间成单峰关系曲线,根据峰值两侧驱动时间改变造成输出电压不同变化率的特点,提出一种无传感器同步整流控制策略。研究了LLC电路三种工作模式下的同步整流驱动时间调节策略,同时为实现同步整流快速调节,采用了变步长调节模式,最后分析了同步整流调节与谐振调节之间的动态关系。搭建了一个36~72V输入,1V/20A输出的实验样机用以验证控制策略正确性,实验结果表明对LLC电路在不同输入和负载条件下都可实现同步整流。...

Based on the character of LLC resonant converter output voltage with the synchronous rectifier driving,the single-peak relationship curve of LLC resonant converter output voltage and the synchronous rectifier driving time was analyzed and deduced. According to the different change rate of the two side of peak point,a sensorless control strategy of synchronous rectifier was put forward. The synchronous rectifier drive time adjustment strategy of three working mode in LLC resonant converter was studied,and in order to realize quick adjustment,variable step length adjustment was used. Finally the dynamic relationship between synchronous rectifier adjustment and resonance adjustment was analyzed. A 36 ~ 72V input,output 1V /20A experimental prototype verified the control strategy has good effect on synchronous drive in different input and output.
