整体护理用于内分泌失调型肥胖患者的临床效果及意义

目的分析与评价整体护理用于内分泌失调型肥胖患者的临床效果及意义。方法选该院2014年7月至2016年8月收治的235例内分泌失调型肥胖患者作为研究主体。依据入院时间将其分为A组（118例）和B组（117例）。A组患者接受整体护理,B组患者接受常规护理,比较两组的临床效果、生活质量评分与护理满意度。结果A组患者的的减肥总有效率[95.76%（113/118）]明显高于B组[88.03%（103/117）],差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。A组患者的精神状态、社会角色、社交、生理、情感等功能评分均高于B组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;A组的护理满意度[96.61%（114/118）]明显高...

Bibliography:Objective To analyze and evaluate the clinical effect and significance of holistic nursing care used for the patients with endocrine disorder obesity. Methods Two hundreds and thirty-five cases of endocrine disorder obesity in our hos-pital from July 2014 to August 2016 were selected as the study subjects and divided into the group A（118 cases） and B（117 cases） according to admission time. The patients in the group A received the holistic nursing care and the patients in the group B re-ceived the routine nursing care. The clinical effects,quality of life scores and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.
