Based on the field survey of 3 poverty-stricken counties in Jiangxi province,this paper summarizes some effective experiences and practices in poverty alleviation（accurate recognition,accurate help,and top ten poverty-alleviation projects） of these 3 poverty-stricken counties. On the basis of this,the author comprehensively analyzes the existent problems in poverty alleviation in underdeveloped area,and puts forward several countermeasures and suggestions for the further improvement of accurate poverty alleviation in underdeveloped area.
