便携式直流转辙机测试仪的研究与设计

根据6502电气集中道岔控制电路原理,设计了一种基于Atmega16处理器和电流传感器的便携式四六线直流转辙机测试仪。该系统包括道岔模拟驱动电路、信号采集电路、智能分析显示电路。道岔模拟驱动电路由单片机通过光耦合开关控制继电器完成对转辙机的操作,信号采集电路主要由电流传感器采集电流信号,经A/D转换为数字信号后,发送给上位机显示模块,实时监测和分析转辙机工作状态和绘制道岔动作电流曲线。测试结果表明:该测试仪能够完整地采集到转辙机工作时的信息,且性能稳定,可以帮助电务人员检验配线的正确与否以及诊断道岔故障。...
