乡村土地旅游化流转风险保障体系研究

根据区域环境风险系统理论,分析了乡村土地旅游化流转风险系统及其各要素相互作用的关系,并根据风险及农地流转风险理论,提出了乡村土地旅游化流转风险的概念,最后,运用界壳理论,尝试构建了包含粮食安全风险保障界壳、收益分配风险保障界壳、乡村生态环境风险保障界壳以及乡村特色风险保障界壳的乡村土地旅游化流转风险保障体系。结果表明：乡村土地旅游化流转风险保障体系是一个多界壳的有机结合体,它为消除或降低乡村土地旅游化流转风险提供全新思路和解决方案。...

According to the theory of regional environmental risk system,the author analyzed the risk system for rural land transfer to tourism,explored the interactive relationships among various factors in this system,and presented the concept of rural land-for-tourism transfer risk based on the rural land transfer risk theory. Finally,the periphery theory was used to construct the risk guarantee system for rural land transfer to tourism,which included the risk guarantee periphery of food safety,revenue distribution,rural ecological environment,and rural feature.
