The fruit pre-harvest management is strongly related to the quality and storability of harvested fruit. The fruit pre-harvest management technologies of Syzygium samarangense fruiting trees were briefly introduced in this paper,including fertilizer and water management, flower and fruit management, diseases and insect pests control. And the commercialized processing technologies of S. samarangense fruit were also introduced, including timely harvesting, grading,cooling and preservation in order to provide standardized operating norms for S. samarangense fruit commercialized production correspondingly.
