草莓轻型黄边病毒检测研究

本文对草莓轻型黄边病毒(Strawberry mild yellow edge virus,SMYEV)的2种分子检测技术进行了比较研究。结果表明,多重PCR技术以草莓actin为内参基因,完全排除在实验中杂质与操作的影响。Real time PCR技术具有更高的灵敏度和可靠性,可以定量检测出样本中病毒粒子的含量。结果表明,Real time PCR的灵敏度是普通PCR的100倍以上,而多重PCR的检测成本更经济。所以Real time PCR技术将用于引进品种的检疫,而多重PCR技术将用于大规模的脱毒苗的检验。...

The comparative studies of two detection techniques on Strawberry mild yellow edge virus (SMYEV) were performed, respectively. Using actin of Fragariax ananassa as internal reference, multiplex PCR technique was used to detect SMYEV to avoid influencing by contaminants and mistakes. However, real time PCR was more sensitive and reliable detection on SMYEV quantitatively. The detection sensitivity of real time PCR is more than 100 folds than that of conventional PCR.
