垂花悬铃花扦插生根的影响因素

【目的】建立垂花悬铃花无性繁殖体系,为垂花悬铃花种苗扩繁提供技术支持。【方法】通过双因素交叉分组试验比较7种生根剂及浓度溶液、3种插穗直径对垂花悬铃花硬枝扦插插穗的生根率、生根量、最长根长的影响,采用单因素试验比较7种生根剂及浓度溶液对嫩枝扦插插穗生根效果的影响、5种插穗长度对嫩枝扦插插穗生根效果的影响,同时比较5种基质、施肥与否对扦插苗生长的影响。【结果】硬枝扦插,以直径为1.0~1.5 cm的插穗最好,1000 mg/L IBA溶液生根效果最好,扦插生根率达100.00%,平均生根量57.75条,最长根长9.25 cm。嫩枝扦插,以长度为6.0~7.0 cm的插穗生根效果最好,生根率100...
