完全植入式静脉输液港健康教育的干预意义分析

目的：探讨完全植入式静脉输液港（TIVAP）健康教育对提高TIVAP患者注意事项掌握度的作用。方法：120例2015年3月至9月入住复旦大学附属中山医院北院的TIVAP植入患者分为对照组和试验组,各60例。对照组患者采用常规口头健康教育,后进行＂患者注意事项问卷＂调查,了解知识掌握情况;试验组患者采用常规口头健康教育＋书面健康教育,后进行＂患者注意事项问卷＂调查。比较两组患者问卷调查正确率。结果：试验组经常规口头健康教育＋书面健康教育干预指导后,患者对TIVAP注意事项的掌握度高于对照组。试验组正确率（97.5%）明显高于对照组（63%）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.000 1）。结论：书面健康...

Objective：To explore the role of Guidebook for totally implantable venous access ports（TIVAP）Patients in improving TIVAP patients＇ understanding of precautions.Methods：A total of 120TIVAP-implanted patients,who were admitted to North Branch of Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University from March to September 2015,were divided into control group and experimental group,with 60 patients in each group.The patients in the control group received routine oral health education and then were surveyed by the Patient Questionnaire on Precautions so as to investigate the extent of their understanding.The patients in the experimental group received both routine oral health education and written health education（Guidebook for TIVAP Patients）.And then they were surveyed by the Patient Questionnaire on Precautions.The correct rates of answers to the questionnaire were compared between two groups.Results： After intervention by ro
