铅胁迫对油菜生理的影响
通过测定铅(Pb)胁迫下胜利油菜种子活力、幼苗质膜的渗透性、脯氨酸和丙二醛(MDA)含量及过氧化物酶(POD)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性变化,探讨铅胁迫对油菜生理的影响。结果表明,种子活力随铅浓度的提高而降低,质膜透性、脯氨酸含量和MDA含量则与之相反;在一定限度内,POD和SOD的活性随铅浓度的提高而提高。...
