基于层次分析法的基层农技推广人员绩效评价体系研究
通过查阅文献资料、到农村实地调研以及咨询领域专家,引入平衡计分卡的4个维度设计了基层农技推广人员绩效评价指标,并运用层次分析法确定指标的权重系数,以期为基层农技推广人员的绩效考核提供参考依据。
