基于层次分析法的基层农技推广人员绩效评价体系研究

通过查阅文献资料、到农村实地调研以及咨询领域专家,引入平衡计分卡的4个维度设计了基层农技推广人员绩效评价指标,并运用层次分析法确定指标的权重系数,以期为基层农技推广人员的绩效考核提供参考依据。

Bibliography:Through referring to the previous literature,conducting field surveys in rural areas,and consulting the relevant experts,this paper introduced the 4 dimensions of the balanced scorecard to design the performance evaluation indexes for the grassroots agricultural technology extension staffs,and used analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each index,finally constructed a performance evaluation index system,hoping to provide reference for the performance appraisal of grass-roots agricultural technology extension staffs.
