白菜型冬油菜光合日变化特性研究
[目的]明确冬前低温时期白菜型冬油菜光合作用日变化规律及其主要限制因子。[方法]在田间条件下,研究冬前低温(-1℃)下白菜型冬油菜幼苗光合作用日变化特性,并分析影响净光合速率(Pn)的主要因子。以白菜型冬油菜陇油6号、陇油7号、陇油8号、陇油9号、天油4号、天油7号和宁油4号幼苗为材料,测定其净光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、气孔导度(Gs)和细胞间隙CO2浓度(Gi)等指标的日变化,并记录测定时环境因子的变化。[结果]冬前低温(-1℃)下,白菜型冬油菜幼苗净光合速率、蒸腾速率和羧化效率的日变化呈“单峰型”曲线,无典型的“午休”现象,净光合速率与羧化效率呈极显著的正相关(P〈0.01);气...

| Bibliography: | 51-1213/S Objective】The objective of the present study was to realize the change and limiting factors of diurnal variation of photosynthesis of winter rapeseed (BraMica ropes L. ) under the low temperature before winter.【 Method】 Under the field condition, the diurnal variations of photosynthesis for winter rapeseed seedling were studied, and the main factors which affected on their photosynthetic rate(Pn) under the low temperature ( - 1 ) in this paper were analyzed.
