甘蔗工艺成熟期转化酶及其抑制子与蔗糖积累的相关性研究
以工艺成熟期2个甘蔗品种不同节间为材料,分析转化酶及其抑制子与蔗糖积累的关系。结果表明,节间SAI酶活性与节间蔗糖含量负相关,NI在+6节~+31节中酶活性显著低于+1节中酶活性。节间CIN酶活性与节间蔗糖含量正相关,CIN酶活性在GT28中低于ROC22中酶活性,而So Inv Inh2基因相对表达量在GT28中高于ROC22,相关性分析表明SoInvInh2基因表达量与CIN酶活性呈显著负相关。基于以上结果,认为在甘蔗工艺成熟期蔗茎SAI和NI酶活性降低有利于蔗糖积累,而节间CIN酶活性提高,可能有利于蔗糖从低浓度节间向高浓度蔗节间的运输。SoInvInh2基因可能是节间CIN酶活性重要调...

| Bibliography: | 51-1213/S In the present study,we analyzes the correlation among invertases activities,invertase inhibitor( Inv Inh) gene expression and sugar content at technical maturing stage of sugarcane. With sampled different internodes( + 1,+ 6,+ 11,+ 16,+ 21,+ 26 and + 31)from sugarcane varieties GT28 and ROC22. Subsequently,Soluble acid invertase( SAI),cell wall invertase( CIN),neutral / alkaline invertase( NI) activities and the relative quantitative expression of So Inv Inh gene were determined respectively. Sucrose,glucose and fructose were determined using high performance liquid chromatography( HPLC). The results showed that internode SAI activity was negatively correlated with sucrose content,while NI activity in + 6- + 31 internodes was significantly lower than in + 1 internodes. Whereas CIN activity was positively correlated with sucrose content in internodes. CIN activities in GT28 were low than in ROC22 in internodes,and in GT28 So Inv Inh2 gene expression was higher than ROC22 in internodes,that So Inv Inh  |
