新型增氧机对养殖池塘浮游植物组成的影响

使用3 种不同的增氧机,监测整个生产季节池塘水浮游植物组成的变化.检测到的浮游植物隶属8 个门,67 个属(种),以绿藻门、硅藻门和蓝藻门为主.藻类细胞个体密度的最高峰出现在8 ~ 9 月,最低密度出现在5 月和11月.藻类生物量从5 月份开始上升,8 月份达到峰值,然后逐渐下降.3 个池塘的Shannon-Wiener 指数在2.147 ~ 2.857之间,Margalef 指数在2.572~7.162 之间,Pielou 均匀度指数在0.601~0.746 之间.3 种不同的增氧机都对池塘水质起到了较好的调节作用,对比后发现,使用可移动式太阳能增氧机和水犁式增氧机的池塘中硅藻和绿藻的含量更...

The changes in phytoplankton composition in aquacultural ponds were monitored in the whole production season byusing three different aerators. The detected phytoplankton belonged to 8 Phyla (mainly including Chlorophyta,Bacillariophyta andCyanophyta)and 67 genera (species). The population density of algae cells reached its maximum in August and September,andreached its minimum in May and November. The biomass of algae began to rise in May,reached its peak value in August,andthen gradually declined. In three ponds,the Shannon-Wiener diversity index of phytoplankton was 2.147 ~ 2.857,the Margalefdiversity index was 2.572~7.162,and the Pielou evenness index was 0.601~0.746. Three kinds of aerators had good regulatoryeffects on the water quality of aquacultural ponds,but the movable solar aerator and water-plough-type aerator had better improving effects on the content of diatom and green algae in ponds than the common impeller-type aerator.
