三峡库区社区居民原发性高血压患病现状与危险因素分析及护理干预

| Abstract_FL | Objective To survey the epidemiological characteristics and related risk factors of hypertension among com-munity residents in the Three Gorges reservoir abdominal area Wanzhou District of Chongqing City so as to provide scientific evi-dences for the prevention and intervention of primary hypertension among residents in this area. Methods 3 200 respondents were extracted by the multistage sampling from May to August 2012. The questionnaire form and somatometric measurement method were adopted. The investigation was performed with the query mode by the investigators with the uniform training. The mode of centralized investigation combined with home-entry investigation was adopted. The somatometric measurements included body height,body mass,waist circumference and blood pressure,etc. Results The prevalence rate of hypertension among com-munity residents the Three Gorges reservoir area was 28.44%(910/3 200),the smoking rate was 24.06%(770/3 200),the male smoking rate was 42.23%(722/1670),the respondents with family history of cardiovascular diseases accounted for 25.31%(810/3 200),the overweight rate was 22.19%(710/3 200);the average daily edible vegetable oil amount was 45.17g and daily edible salt amount was 8.74 g,41.25%(1 320/3 200) of respondents took salt exceeding the standard edible salt amount(6 g/d). Con-clusion The hypertension prevalence rate among the community residents in the Three Gorges reservoir area is obviously higher than the national level and the awareness rate of hypertension related knowledge is low. Therefore the health publicity and educa-tion should be strengthened by multi-channels for increasing the awareness rate of community residents on hypertension related knowledge in order to reach the target for reducing the prevalence rate of hypertension. |
