高效液相色谱法测定康得灵胶囊中黄芩苷的含量
目的:建立康得灵胶囊中黄芩苷的 HPLC测定方法。方法色谱柱为 Agilent Tc唱C18色谱柱(4.6 mm ×250 mm ,5μm),柱温为30℃;流动相为乙腈唱0.5‰磷酸溶液(26∶74),流速为1.0 ml/min ,检测波长265 nm。结果黄芩苷保留时间约为16 min。以峰面积(Y)对进样浓度(X ,μg/ml)线性回归,得回归方程:Y =22114.67X-112836.7,r=0.9988,线性范围5.410-108.2μg/ml。平均加样回收率为98.78%,RSD为0.74%。结论本方法操作简便,测定结果准确可靠,可用于康得灵胶囊中黄芩苷的含量测定。...

Abstract_FL | Objective To establish an HPLC quantitative method for the content determination of baicalin in Kangdeling capsule .Methods The chromatography column was Agilent Tc-C18-WR (4 .6 mm × 250 mm ,5μm) ,and the column temper-ature was 30 ℃ .The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and 0 .5‰ phosphoric acid (26 ∶ 74 ) .The flow rate was 1 .0 ml/min ,and the detection wavelength was 265 nm .Results The retention time of baicalin was about 16 min .The calibra-tion equation was Y=22 114 .67 X -112 836 .7(r=0998 8)with good linearity in the range of 5 .410-108 .2 μg/ml for baicalin . The average recovery was 98 .78% while RSD were 0 .74% .Conclusion This method is simple ,time-saving and accurate which could be used to routine analysis of baicalin in Kangdeling capsule . |
