提高县级综合医院门诊护士应急能力的探讨

目的探讨提高县级综合医院门诊护士应急能力的对策。方法通过对天府新区人民医院门诊护士人力资源、技术水平和应急能力特点进行分析,采取增强门诊护士应急意识的培养、应用PDCA管理法加情景模拟法加强应急能力的培训和演练、加强门诊护士综合素质的培养等对策。结果对策实施后门诊护士在应急理论知识和应急技能考核成绩均高于实施前,差异均有显著统计学意义（P〈0.01）;并能有效处置突发事件。结论该院采取的对策能提高门诊护士对各类突发事件的处置能力,保证门诊工作安全、有序、高效运行,保障患者安全,促进优质护理服务的深入开展。...

Objective To explore the countermeasures for increasing the emergency capacity among outpatient nurses in the county-level general hospital. Methods The human resource,technical level and features of emergency ability among outpatient nurses in our hospital were analyzed. The countermeasures such as adopting the cultivation of emergency awareness among outpatient nurses,strengthening the training and exercise of emergency capacity by applying the PDCA management method and scene simulation method and reinforcing the training of comprehensive quality were adopted. Results After implementing the countermeasures,the emergency theoretical knowledge and emergency skills assessment scores in the outpatient nurses were high-er than those before the implementation,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）,moreover the sudden emergency events could be effectively disposed.
