牛II型胶原诱导SD大鼠类风湿关节炎模型的建立

【目的】探讨牛II型胶原诱导SD大鼠构建类风湿关节炎(Rheumatoid arthritis,RA)模型的可行性,为今后深入研究RA提供理想的动物模型。【方法】选择60只4周龄的SD大鼠,依据体重相近的原则随机分组(模型组50只,对照组10只),模型组通过注射牛II型胶原建模,并通过体征观察、病理组织切片评价、钼靶影像学检测等判定建模是否成功。【结果】通过尾静脉注射牛II型胶原免疫SD大鼠的建模成功率高达90.0%。与对照组SD大鼠相比,模型组SD大鼠体重减轻,活动减少,精神萎靡,先是后足小趾或踝关节红肿,之后炎症漫延至前肢,最终发展成慢性、多发性、对称性关节炎;模型组SD大鼠关节滑膜层次增...

Bibliography:[ Objective ]In order to provide ideal animal model for further research on rheumatoid arthritis (RA), the present experiment was conducted to investigate feasibility of establishing model for SD rat arthritis induced with bovine II-type collagen. [Method]Sixty 4-week-old SD rats were selected and randomly grouped according to similar weight prin- ciple. Fifty of them was assigned to model group, and ten of them was assigned to control group. Then bovine II-type col- lagen was injected into rats in the model group, so as to establish model for SD rat arthritis. And later the established model was assessed through signs observation, HE pathological evaluation and molybdenum target imaging inspection, in order to detect whether the model establishment was successful or not, [Result]The results showed that the success rate of establishing model for SD rat arthritis induced with bovine H-type collagen reached up to 90.0%.
