增施不同有机肥料对烤烟中上部中性致香成分的影响
本文研究了施用不同有机肥料对烤烟中性致香物质的影响。以中烟100为试验材料,采用随机区组设计,通过方差分析和显著性检验进行研究。结果表明,处理12(增施芝麻)烟株上部叶新植二烯含量(1025.76μg/g)最高,处理眄(豆浆灌根)中部叶新植二烯含量(1322.02μg/g)最高,且中、上部烟叶的类胡萝h素降解产物总量也最高;处理巧(豆浆灌根)各部位烟叶的芳香族氨基酸降解产物、类西柏烷降解产物总量均最高,且上部叶的美拉德反应产物总量也最高(24.76μg/g);在感官质量评吸方面,以T5(豆浆灌根)各部位总得分最高,具体表现在香气量较足,香气质较纯净,杂气较轻。综合各种致香成分含量和感官评吸质量...

| Bibliography: | The effects of applying different types of organic fertilizer on neutral aroma component contents of upper and central leaves were studied with Zhongyanl00 as the sample using randomized blocks design, and the data by using variance analysis, significance test and other methods were analyzed. The result showed that T2 resulted in the highest content of neophytadiene( 1025.76 μg/g)in upper leaves, while T5 resulted in the highest content of neophytadiene ( 1322.02 μg/g) in middle leaves and also resulted in the greatest total carotenoid catabo- lites in all positions, the content of aromatic AA catabolites and cembratriendiol catabolites in two positions was the highest, and the greatest (24.76μg/g) the total of mail lard reaction in upper leaves. Sensory smoking results indicated that T5 was the best in all of the treatments. After taste of their pure aroma, adequate aroma and comfortable, the T5 was more effective than other treatments to increase the content and harmony of aroma components. Flue-cured tobacc |
