4种禾本科牧草叶片的气体交换特征

Summary: | 【目的】研究4种禾本科牧草的气体交换日变化规律,分析影响其光合作用的主要因子,为筛选适宜我国南方地区种植的优质高产牧草提供参考。【方法】利用LI-6400便携式光合测定系统,测定我国南方4种禾本科牧草象草(Pennisetum purpureum)、紫叶皇竹草(Pennisetum sinese cv.Ziye)、热研11号黑籽雀稗(Paspalum atratum cv.Reyan11)和皇竹草(Pennisetum sinese Roxb)的叶片净光合速率(P_n)、蒸腾速率(E)、气孔导度(G_s)、胞间CO_2浓度(C_i)及空气CO_2浓度(C_a)、光合有效辐射(PPFD)、气温(T_a)和空气相对温度(RH)等参数,分析其日变化规律,并对气体交换因子间及其与微气象因子进行相关性分析。【结果】象草的P_n日变化趋势为单峰曲线,11:00达峰值24.98μmol CO_2/m~2·s,紫叶皇竹草、热研11号黑籽雀稗和皇竹草的P_n日变化趋势均为双峰曲线,P_n平均值排序为象草(13.81μmol CO_2/m^2·s)〉皇竹草(12.64μmol CO_2/m^2·s)〉紫叶皇竹草(8.89μmol CO_2/m^2·s)〉热研11号黑籽雀稗(8.73μmol CO_2/m^2·s)。除热研11号黑籽雀稗的G_s一直呈下降趋势外,其他3种牧草G_s的变化趋势与P_n变化趋势相吻合。C_i从9:00开始剧烈下降,11:00~16:00处于较低水平,16:00后又开始上升。象草、紫叶皇竹草和热研11号黑籽雀稗的E日变化趋势均为单峰曲线,皇竹草则为双峰曲线。水分利用效率(WUE)日变化趋势均呈双峰曲线,其中象草的WUE整体上高于其他3种牧草。气孔限制值(Ls)均在上午逐渐增大,中午和下午16:00前处于较高水平,16:00以后逐渐降低。4种牧草的P_n与其E及PPFD和T_a均呈极显著正相关(P〈0.01,下同),与C_i呈极显著负相关;除热研11号黑籽雀稗外,其他3种牧草的P_n均与G_s呈极显著正相关。【结论】象草和皇竹草具有较高的P_n和WUE,更适宜在我国南方地区种植。 |
