叶酸及其复方制剂对H型高血压患者颈动脉粥样硬化的影响
目的探讨叶酸及其复方制剂对H型高血压患者颈动脉粥样硬化的影响。方法选取2013年5~12月该院收治的住院或门诊H型高血压患者273例作为研究对象,随机分为依那普利组(90例)、依那普利叶酸组(91例)和依那普利叶酸固定复方组(简称依叶组,92例)。以肱动脉介导的充血性血管内径变化率(FMD)评价血管内皮功能,以颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)评价颈动脉粥样硬化程度,观察治疗前及治疗后6、12、24个月血压、血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、FMD、IMT等指标变化。结果治疗后6个月依那普利叶酸组及依叶组患者Hcy、hs-CRP低于治疗前及依那普利组,FMD高于治疗前及依那...

Bibliography: | Folic Acid; Atherosclerosis; Carotid Arteries; H-type hypertension Objective To investigate the influence of folic acid and its compound preparations on carotid atherosclerosis in H-type hypertension patients. Methods Totally 273 outpatients or inpatients with H-type hypertensions in our hospital from May to December 2013 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into the enalaprilat group(90 cases),enalaprilat folic acid group(91 cases) and enalaprilat folic acid fixed compound group(92 cases). The congestive vascular diameter change rate(FMD) mediated by brachial artery was used to evaluate the vascular endothelial function. The carotid intima media thickness(IMT) was used to evaluate the atherosclerosis degree. Then the changes of blood pressure,homocysteine(Hcy),hs-CRP,FMD and IMT were observed before treatment and at 6,12,24 months after treatment.
