不同植物生长调节剂对南方淮山药叶片光合作用的影响
以‘桂淮2号’淮山药为供试品种,以矮壮素(CCC)与羟季铵·萘合剂(氯化胆碱CC+萘乙酸NAA)为供试药剂,探索不同种类及浓度植物生长调节剂(组合)对南方地区淮山药生长中后期叶片光合作用的影响。结果表明:喷施2250mg·L^-1矮壮素(CCC)能廷缓淮山药叶片叶绿素含量的下降趋势,提高叶片的气孔导度、蒸腾速率,显著提高净光合速率,有利于加速淮山药块茎干物质的合成和积累。说明喷施矮壮素能有效改善淮山药中后期生长的光合作用。...
