低品位硅藻土在氟橡胶中的应用
针对吉林临江的低品位硅藻土,系统考察了其表面改性的条件,并研究了改性硅藻土在氟橡胶中的应用。结果表明,所称低品位硅藻土适宜的改性剂为WD-60,其用量、改性时间和改性温度分别为质量分数0.9%(以氟橡胶计)、30 min和120℃;利用改性的硅藻土填充氟橡胶,在170℃下硫化20 min后,所制备硅藻土/氟橡胶复合材料的拉伸强度和扯断伸长率分别达到12.3 MPa和366%。低品位硅藻土在氟橡胶领域具有较好的应用前景。...

Bibliography: | The process conditions of surface modification of Linjiang low grade diatomite were investigated systematically,and the application of modified diatomite in fluororubber was researched. The results showed that the suitable modifiction agent for diatomite was silane coupling agent WD-60,and its adding amount,modification time and temperature was 0. 9%( mass fraction by fluororubber), 30 min and 120 ℃,respectively.
