超声辅助提取蒙古口蘑总酚酸的工艺优化

【目的】对超声辅助提取蒙古口蘑总酚酸工艺条件进行优化,为其进一步开发利用提供理论参考。【方法】以蒙古口蘑为材料,以总酚酸含量衡量超声辅助提取工艺。在单因素试验基础上,采用L9(34)正交试验考察乙醇体积分数、料液比、提取时间、提取温度对蒙古口蘑总酚酸提取效果的影响。【结果】影响超声辅助提取蒙古口蘑总酚酸的因素顺序依次为:乙醇体积分数〉料液比〉提取温度〉提取时间,其最佳提取工艺条件为:以80%乙醇为提取溶剂,在料液比1∶40、提取温度60℃的条件下提取15 min,蒙古口蘑总酚酸含量为15.64±0.32 mg/g。【结论】超声辅助提取蒙古口蘑总酚酸能有效提高提取效率、缩短提取时间,是高效的提取...

[Objective]The ultrasound-assisted extraction process of total phenolic acids from Tricholoma Mongolicum Imai was optimized to provide theory reference for its further exploration. [Method]Using T.
