利用单片段代换系鉴定水稻稻瘟病抗性座位

培育和种植稻瘟病抗性品种是控制水稻稻瘟病的最经济有效的方法之一,发掘和鉴定稻瘟病抗性基因/QTL是开展水稻稻瘟病抗性育种的重要基础.利用10个菌株对97份单片段代换系进行苗期人工接种,筛选出7份单片段代换系与受体亲本9311之间存在稻瘟病抗性差异,表明这些单片段代换系上存在稻瘟病抗性座位.通过代换作图的方法,分别在第4、8、11和12染色体上鉴定出了5个稻瘟病抗性座位....

Development of blast resistant eultivars is the most effective and economical way for controlling this disease in rice. In this study, 97 of the single-segment substitution lines (SSSLs) in rice were inoculated at seedling stage by 10 rice blast isolates. 7 of the SSSLa were different in blast resistance fTom the lnd/ca oultlvar 9311 recipient. It indicated that there were blast resistance loci(RLs) on the substitution segments of these SSSLs. By substitution mapping, a total of 5 resistance loci for rice blast were detected on chromosomes 4, 8, 11 and 12 in rice.
