基于农用地分等修正的土地整治项目耕地质量评价
提高耕地质量是土地整治的核心任务之一。在现有国土资源调查评价成果的基础上,快速有效地在项目尺度上对整治后的耕地质量进行评价,是当前土地整治研究与实践的迫切要求。该文从分析土地整治项目对耕地质量的影响入手,甄别敏感因素及稳定因素,在农用地分等基础上,补充自然质量和生产条件修正因素,建立相应的评价体系,并以海南省陵水县典型土地整治项目进行实证分析。研究结果表明:修正后的项目区综合自然等别由4.7提升至4.2,综合利用等别由4.3提升至3.2,修正后利用等指数与基准作物实际产量的相关系数为0.86,高于修正前的0.82,说明所构建的评价体系能有效反映土地整治项目对耕地质量的影响,分析结果满足实践中耕...

| Bibliography: | To improve the quality of cultivated land was one of the core tasks of land consolidation. But for a long time, increasing the number of arable land was the only goal, and therefore it was an urgent requirement to effectively and quickly evaluate the consolidated farmland's quality for the research and practice on the basis of ready data. To stabilize the amount of arable land, improve the quality of arable land and ensure food security were the main objectives and focuses of the agricultural land consolidation in China currently.
