不同采收成熟度对红花大金元烟叶品质的影响

以红花大金元为试验材料,研究了烤后烟叶物理特性、常规化学成分以及在烘烤过程中色素和总酚含量在不同成熟度之间的差异。结果表明:1适熟烤后烟叶单叶重平均为13.55 g,填充值最大为3.88 cm3/g,含梗率最低为32.96%,叶长、叶厚适中,叶宽最小,拉力、抗张度适中,而欠熟、过熟烤后烟叶均有指标处于不适宜范围。2烤后烟叶糖含量以欠熟为最高,适熟烟叶较高,适熟烟叶烟碱、总氮含量适中,氯含量较低、钾含量最高,糖碱比最低,钾氯比最高。3欠熟鲜烟叶的色素含量最高,在烘烤过程中降解量较大,不同成熟度烟叶中色素降解率表现为欠熟〉适熟〉过熟。4欠熟烟叶总酚含量在烘烤进程中规律不明显,适熟烟叶在干筋期之前先...

Flue-cured tabacco Honghuadajinyuan Maturity Quality indicators
Taking hongda as research material,we studied the physical characteristics and the regular chemical consituents of tobacco leaves which was flue cured,as well as we studied the difference of the content of pigment and total phenols among different maturites of tobacco during flue curing. The results showed that:( i) after being flue cured,the average weight of single leaf was 13. 55 g,the filling value was3. 88 cm3/ g,which was the largest,the stem ratio was 32. 96 %,which was the least,the length and thickness of the leaf were moderation,the width of leaf was the least,the tension and tensile strength
