LvCTL3原核表达及其对刺激隐核虫的凝集作用研究

刺激隐核虫是危害海水鱼类重要病原,研究刺激隐核虫的入侵机制及阻断剂具有重要的意义。利用基因工程方法克隆并表达凡纳滨对虾C-型凝集素基因Lv CTL3,然后展开重组蛋白对刺激隐核虫凝集作用的研究。实验结果,获得了Lv CTL3基因重组蛋白r-Lv CTL3,凝集相关实验表明,r-Lv CTL3对刺激隐核虫包囊和掠食体均有良好凝集或抑制作用,推测可能与刺激隐核虫包囊或掠食体表面含有丰富的糖蛋白有关。...

Bibliography:Cryptocaryon irritans Brown is an important pathogen related to sea-fish,the study on invasion mechanism from parasite and its blocker showed great significance. In this paper,c-type lectin Lv CTL3 from shrimp Litopenaeus Vanname was cloned and expressed by genetic engineering methods,and then the recombinant protein was used to agglutination test with Cryptocaryon irritans Brown including Protomont and Theront. The results show that both Protomont and Theront has good aggregation effect with recombinant protein r-Lv CTL3,furthermore,the vitality of Theront was restrain obviously. The result mean that rich of glycoprotein molecules,which may be diverse,distribute on the surface of Protomont and Theront,resulted in aggregation effect with r-Lv CTL3.
