3种改良剂对氮镉互作下小白菜产量和品质的影响

本研究采用湖北省具有代表性的潮土进行连续两季盆栽试验,研究了3种改良剂(有机肥、双氰胺、石灰)在氮(0.2 g/kg土)镉(2.0 mg/kg土)交互作用下对小白菜产量和品质的影响。结果表明,施有机肥(20 g/5kg土)显著提高了小白菜Vc、可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖的含量,显著降低了小白菜体内镉与硝酸盐的积累;施用双氰胺(0.2144 g/5kg土)显著(P〈0.05)提高了小白菜的鲜重、Vc、可溶性蛋白的含量,显著(P〈0.05)降低了小白菜体内镉与硝酸盐的积累;施用石灰(20 g/5kg土)显著(P〈0.05)提高了小白菜的Vc、可溶性蛋白的含量,在第一季中显著(P〈0.05)降低了小白菜硝...

Continuous cropping pot experiments with alluvial soil were coducted to investigate the effects of 3 soil conditioners( organic fertilizer,dicyandiamide and liming) on the yield and quality of Chinese cabbage under interaction of nitrogen nutrition( N 0. 2 g·kg- 1soil) and cadmium contamination( Cd 2. 0 mg·kg- 1soil. The results showed the application of organic fertilizer( 20 g /5kg soil) significantly increased the content of Chinese cabbage Vc,soluble protein and soluble sugar and decreased significantly the accumulation of Pakchoi cadmium and nitrate.
