寒露风对双季晚稻品种产量构成和品质的影响
试验采用12个品种,分2个播种期研究了双季晚稻结实率、千粒重、产量和稻米品质受寒露风影响的差异变化,以期为江西双季晚稻生产提供抗寒露风品种。结果表明：由于2013年9月26～28日进贤县发生低温寒潮天气,期间平均温度低于21℃,所以播种期（2013年6月30日至7月2日）的晚稻品种正处于灌浆结实期,寒露风导致水稻的结实率降低,千粒重减轻,产量下降,出糙率、精米率、整精米率、垩白度、直链淀粉含量下降,粒长、粒型长宽比无明显变化,垩白粒率、胶稠度上升。金优207、江科736、天丰优101、丰源优272受寒露风的影响低于其他品种。...

| Bibliography: | In order to provide cold dew wind varieties for double- cropping late rice in Jiangxi province. The difference on seed setting rate,1000-grain weight,yield and quality of 12 varieties were studied with two sowing period of double cropping late rice. The results showed that cold weather occurred in Jinxian county during the period from September 26 to September 28 in2013 and the average temperature was lower than 21 degrees. The cold dew wind had influence varieties at filling stage that sowing from June 30 to July 2 in 2013,those of seed setting rate,1000- grain weight and yield were decreased,but brown rice rate,milled rice rate,head rice rate,grain length,and the ratio of grain length and width did not change significantly,chalky grain rate,chalkiness,amylose decreased,gel consistency,alkali digestion value level were raised.
