巨大型蒲公英小分子量糖蛋白的制备及抗氧化活性分析
【目的】研究巨大型蒲公英小分子量糖蛋白的单糖组成及其抗氧化活性,为巨大型蒲公英资源的开发利用提供理论依据。【方法】以巨大型蒲公英为材料,通过水提醇沉法提取蒲公英粗糖蛋白,经Sephadex G-100柱、DEAE-52柱和透析法分离纯化得到蒲公英小分子量糖蛋白,用GC分析其单糖组成;同时采用磷钼络合物法、Fenton氧化法和邻苯三酚自氧化—分光光度法测定蒲公英小分子量糖蛋白的总抗氧化活性及其对羟基自由基(·OH)和超氧阴离子自由基()的清除能力。【结果】巨大型蒲公英小分子量糖蛋白的多糖与蛋白质比例为1.722∶1,小分子量糖蛋白的单糖组成成分有鼠李糖、甘聚糖和葡萄糖。巨大型蒲公英小分子量糖蛋白...

| Bibliography: | 45-1381/S [Objective]The monosaccharide composition and antioxidant activity of low molecular weight glycoprotein for giant dandelion were studied to provide theoretical references for the development and utilization of giant dande-lion resources. 【Method 】The dandelion crude glycoprotein was extracted from giant dandelion by water extraction and alcohol precipitation,and the low molecular weight giant dandelion glycoprotein was obtained by Sephadex G-100 column, DEAE-52 column and dialysis purifying.
