某院2003~2015年住院疟疾患者特点分析

目的分析泸州医学院附属医院2003~2015年疟疾住院患者临床资料及流行病学特点,为临床诊治及预防提供理论支撑。方法回顾性分析近13年来该院收治的53例疟疾住院患者的临床资料,分析其人口学特点、临床表现及实验室检查结果,并分析其流行趋势与特点。结果近13年来,医院输入性疟疾患者数量逐年递增,共53例患者,其中男女比例为25.5∶1,平均年龄为(38.4±13.2)岁。发病高峰在每年春节前1个月及6月份和10月份左右。其中恶性疟41例,间日疟9例,未分型3例。100%(29/29)患者降钙素原水平升高,中性粒细胞比例升高者达87%(46/53)。结论医院输入性疟疾患者有逐年增多趋势,应重视输入性...

Objective To analyze the clinical and epidemiological characteristics of malaria inpatients in our hospital during 2003-2015 in order to provide a theoretical basis for its clinical diagnosis ,treatment and prevention. Methods The clini-cal data of hospitalized patients with malaria in our hospital during the recent 13 years were retrospectively analyzed ,including the demographic characteristics,clinical manifestations and laboratory tests results. And its epidemic trends and characteristics were analyzed too. Results During these 13 years,the imported malaria patients were increased year by year,there were 53 cases of malaria,the male-to-female ratio was 25.5∶1,the age averaged (38.4±13.2) years old. The onset peak was at 1 month before the Spring Festival every year,June and October. Among them,41 cases were malignant malaria, 9 cases were vivax malaria and 3 cases were unknown type.
