冬油菜远缘杂交亲和性分析

为研究白菜型、芥菜型和甘蓝型冬油菜之间远缘杂交的亲和性,本试验通过测定52个冬油菜组合远缘杂交的结角率、亲和指数、花粉活力、花粉-柱头互作情况,分析冬油菜远缘杂交的亲和性。由52个冬油菜远缘杂交组合的聚类分析结果显示,不同类型的冬油菜做母本时其亲和性表现为,芥菜型冬油菜×白菜型冬油菜〉芥菜型冬油菜×甘蓝型冬油菜〉白菜型冬油菜×芥菜型冬油菜〉甘蓝型冬油菜×芥菜型冬油菜。花粉活力的大小依次为,芥菜型冬油菜×白菜型冬油菜〉芥菜型冬油菜×甘蓝型冬油菜〉白菜型冬油菜×芥菜型冬油菜〉甘蓝型冬油菜×芥菜型冬油菜。花粉-柱头互作分析得到,芥菜型冬油菜×白菜型冬油菜杂交组合和芥菜型冬油菜×甘蓝型冬油菜杂交组合母...

Bibliography:In order to select the affinity of Brassica rapa,Brassica juncea,and B. napus distant hybridization,the ratio of pod setting,ratio of seed setting,pollen vitality were measured and crossing-compatibility of 52 different Hybrids was analyzed in this study. The results showed that: From the cluster analysis diagram of pod rate and affinity index with 52 different Hybrids,the ratio of pod setting and ratio of seed setting,different varieties of winter oilseed rape showed that B. juncea × B. rapa B. juncea × B. napus B. rapa × B. juncea B. napus × B. juncea. The results of pollen vitality of different Brassica hybrids showed that B. juncea × B. rapa B. juncea × B. napus B. rapa× B. juncea B. napus × B. juncea. The results of analysis of Crossing-compatibility showed that the maximum adhesion of pollen on the stigma of B. juncea × B. rapa and B. juncea × B. napus,Pollen was also the shortest time to stay,Pollen germination the fastest.
