不同品种大豆幼苗对镉胁迫的响应
通过水培实验,研究了6个大豆品种幼苗对50μmol/L镉(Cd)胁迫的响应。结果表明:不同大豆品种对Cd的耐受性、吸收及积累能力存在显著差异。镉对大豆地上部干重的抑制率为4.07%~20.65%,对根系的抑制率为-7.24%~33.72%。经镉处理6 d后,大豆地上部镉含量为88.03~136.88 mg/kg,根系镉含量为486.07~602.41 mg/kg。镉胁迫明显增加了6个大豆品种叶片中丙二醛(MDA)的含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性。...

The results showed that there were significant differences in Cd tolerance,absorption and accumulation among different soybean varieties. For 6 soybean varieties under Cd stress,the inhibition percentage of their shoot dry weight varied from 4.07% to 20.65%,and the inhibition percentage of root dry weight varied from-7.24% to 33.72%. After 6 day's Cd treatment,the Cd content in soybean shoots and roots was 88. 03 ~ 136. 88 mg/kg and 486. 07 ~ 602. 41 mg/kg,respectively. Cd stress obviously enhanced the MDA content and SOD activity in leaves of 6 soybean varieties.
