聚丁二烯接枝聚苯乙烯胶乳的制备及对水泥砂浆的改性
通过半连续乳液接枝聚合法制备了聚丁二烯(PB)/聚苯乙烯(PS)(质量比)为70/30、50/50和30/70的3种PB接枝PS胶乳,采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)表征了接枝产物,考察了PB/PS和聚灰比对改性水泥砂浆减水能力、保水率、力学强度以及吸水速率的影响,并采用扫描电子显微镜表征了胶乳改性水泥砂浆的微观结构。结果表明,在FTIR谱图中,不仅出现了PB特征峰,而且出现了PS吸收峰,苯环为单取代,说明PS接枝到PB主链上;PB/PS为30/70的胶乳改性水泥砂浆的减水作用和抗压强度较强,而保水作用最差,PB/PS为50/50的胶乳改性水泥砂浆的抗折强度较高,吸水速率较缓慢;胶乳改性水泥...
