首发精神分裂症患者血清甲状腺激素检测临床研究

目的探讨甲状腺功能与首发精神分裂症之间的相关性及临床意义。方法自编调查表收集2011年4月-2013年8月在芜湖市第四人民医院住院治疗的首发精神分裂症患者84例及门诊健康体检者46例,采用cobase411电化学发光全自动免疫分析仪分别测定两组血清三碘甲状腺原氨酸（T3）、甲状腺素（T4）、游离甲状腺激素（FT3、FT4）和促甲状腺激素（TSH）水平,并应用SPSS 13.0统计软件进行χ^2验及t检验。结果患者组血清T4（100.88±24.10）、FT3（4.64±4.64）低于正常对照组血清T4（108.09±15.13）、FT3（4.97±4.97）,差异有统计学意义（P=0.039...

Objective To explore the relationship between thyroid function and first-episode schizophrenia and clinical signifi-cance. Methods A total of 84 unrelated schizophrenia inpatients were recruited from the Fourth People＇s Hospital of Wuhu City from December 2008 to August 2010. Self-made questionnaire was applied to collect the demographic data of all subjects.
