响应面法优化超声提取野葛茎中葛根素的工艺
为了研究野葛茎中葛根素的超声提取工艺条件,在单因素试验的基础上,根据星点试验设计原理,选取提取温度、乙醇浓度、超声时间和液料比作为自变量进行试验设计,利用响应面法对结果进行分析。结果表明:提取温度、乙醇浓度和超声时间对野葛根茎中葛根素的提取率均有显著影响,最佳提取工艺条件为:提取温度57℃、乙醇浓度69%、超声时间45 min、液固比21∶1,在此工艺条件下,葛根素提取率预测值为3.532%,验证值为3.524%。...

The extraction temperature, concentration of alcohol, ultrasonic time and ratio of liquid to solid were chosen as independent variables based on the single factor experiment, and the experimental program was arranged according to the principle of central composite design. The result was analyzed by response surface methodology. The results showed that the extraction temperature, concentration of alcohol and ultrasonic time had significant effect on the extraction yield of puerarin and the optimum conditions were determined as follows:extraction temperature 57℃, concentration of alcohol 69%, ultrasonic time 45 min, and ratio of liquid to solid 21 ∶1.Under these conditions, the predicted value and experimental value of the extraction yield of puerarin were 3.532%and 3.524%, respectively.
