包络跟踪芯片应用中查找表的分析与确定
包络跟踪技术作为LTE移动终端发热问题的一种解决方案,在系统应用中需要使用特殊的包络跟踪电源芯片,而这种芯片的使用需要输入包络参考信号。从实际应用角度出发,提出了“固定增益法”这种包络整形的查找表的方法来生成所需的包络参考信号。这种方法兼顾了功率放大器系统的线性度、效率与系统复杂度,极大地提高了系统的稳定性。根据这种方法,确定出了一张查找表。测试结果表明,包络跟踪模式下,PA输出功率可达26d Bm,且使用了包络跟踪技术的射频功率放大器系统对比固定偏置的功率放大器,效率提升了5.1%。...

This pa- per gives a so-called Fixed Gain method which combines engineering design with practical tuning. This method is mainly for gener- ating a look-up table of envelope tracking technology. Linearity, efficiency and complexity of the system are considered in this method. This greatly improves the robustness of the system. A look-up table is created based on this method. The testing result re- veals that the efficiency of a power amplifier system can be improved by 5.1% with this method and related look-up table, the output power of the power amplifier reaches 26 dBm compared with the one having the same output power but fixed bias.
