用季戊四醇基化学成炭剂-三氧化二锑-十溴二苯乙烷协同阻燃天然橡胶

用垂直燃烧仪、氧指数仪、马弗炉和锥形量热仪等考察了季戊四醇基化学成炭剂(FR 600)-三氧化二锑-十溴二苯乙烷协同阻燃天然橡胶的阻燃性能。结果表明,FR 600-三氧化二锑-十溴二苯乙烷有明显的协同阻燃效应。与三氧化二锑-十溴二苯乙烷阻燃的天然橡胶相比,FR 600的加入不仅可以降低三氧化二锑的用量,而且所阻燃天然橡胶的极限氧指数和垂直燃烧等级进一步提高;在阻燃剂总用量为40份(质量)、FR 600/三氧化二锑/十溴二苯乙烷(质量比)为4/5/31时,天然橡胶的极限氧指数达27%,垂直燃烧等级为V-0级。与三氧化二锑-十溴二苯乙烷阻燃的天然橡胶相比,FR 600-三氧化二锑-十溴二苯乙烷协同...

The flame retardancy of natural rubber with synergistic flame retardants was investigated by vertical flammability tester,oxygen index analyzer,Muffle furnace and cone calorimeter. The results showed that pentaerythritol based chemical charring agent( FR 600)-decabromodiphenyl ethane( DPDBE)-antimony trioxide had obvious synergistic flame retardant effect. The introduction of FR 600 in the system not only decreased the amount of antimony trioxide,but also improved both the limiting oxygen index and vertical burning level of flame tetarded natural rubber compared to DPDBE-antimony trioxide system. When the total amount of flame retardants was 40 phr,and FR 600 / DPDBE / antimony trioxide mass ratio was 4 /5 /31,the limiting oxygen index of flame retardant natural rubber was 27%,the vertical burning rating achived V-0.
