水稻对稻曲病不同抗性品种遗传多样性SSR分析
本文利用35对SSR引物对23份水稻品种(组合)进行遗传多样性分析。结果表明,35对引物在23个水稻品种上共获得342条扩增条带,其中多态性条带288条,多态性条带所占比例为84.21%。23个参试水稻品种对稻曲病的抗性表现出明显差异,病穗率范围为8.20%-75.93%,最高和最低病穗率之间相差67.73个百分点,病情指数范围为2.19-52.67,最高和最低病情指数相差50.48。成对品种的GS变化为0.614-0.954,平均值为0.740单个品种的平均GS值变化为0.686-0.778之间。共有11份供试品种的平均GS值低于GS总平均值(0.740),其它12份(占供试品种总数的52....
