圆叶葡萄叶提取物对南方根结线虫的生物活性

【目的】研究圆叶葡萄叶提取物对南方根结线虫的生物活性,为南方根结线虫防治提供一种高效、低毒的新途径。【方法】采用离体毒力测定研究圆叶葡萄叶乙醇提取物对南方根结线虫的杀虫活性;将圆叶葡萄叶乙醇提取物稀释成10.0、5.0、1.0g/L后处理已接种南方根结线虫的盆栽番茄,评估圆叶葡萄叶提取物对南方根结线虫的田间防治效果。【结果】圆叶葡萄叶乙醇提取物具有较强的毒杀线虫活性,浓度为16.7g/L时活性最强,处理48h线虫校正死亡率达99.06%,LC50为3.76g/L。经10.0、5.0、1.0g/L圆叶葡萄叶乙醇提取物处理后的番茄幼苗株高分别比对照提高30.35%、22.97%和5.38%,地上鲜...
