功夫菊酯高效降解菌的筛选、鉴定及降解特性研究

Bibliography:A strain of cyhalothrin-degrading fungus was isolated from activated sludge from wastewater outlet of a pesticide factory. The strain was identified as Penicillium sp. by morphological characteristics analysis and 18S rDNA sequence analysis. The degrading characteristics of this fungus for lambda-cyhalothrin were investigated with HPLC. The optimal conditions for the fungus to degrade lambda-cyhalothrin were as follows : pH 7.0, 30 ℃ and 50 mg/L. Under this condition, the strain could degrade 83.90 % of lambda-cyhalothrinin medium after 7 d. The strain also degraded deltamethrin and beta-cypermethrin.
