烤烟分级因素与常规化学成分的相关分析
为进一步完善烤烟质量评价体系,利用简单相关分析和典型相关分析对河北中烟公司15个烤烟基地的上、中、下部位代表等级共计105个样本的分级因素和常规化学成分的关系进行了统计学分析。结果表明,叶片结构、色度、油分和身份与烟叶常规化学成分关系密切。叶片结构与糖碱比和钾呈极显著正相关,与总糖和还原糖呈显著正相关,与烟碱和总氮呈极显著负相关。色度与烟碱呈极显著正相关,与总氮呈显著正相关,与糖碱比呈极显著负相关,与氯和钾呈显著负相关。在一定范围内,随着色度和油分品质的提高及叶片结构品质的降低,烟碱和总氮有增加的趋势,糖碱比有减少的趋势;随着身份、油分品质的降低,还原糖、总糖含量有减少的趋势,总氮含量有增加的...

The results indicated that the routine chemical components were closely related to the structure,chroma,oil content and body of flue-cured tobacco leaves. Leaf structure was significantly positively correlated with total sugar and reducing sugar,especially with sugar-nicotine ratio and K content; however,it was very significantly negatively correlated with nicotine and total nitrogen. |
