Bibliography:JNK signaling pathway was involved in the development of various diseases , which may be as an important regulating target between healthy status and sickness of the human body. With the deepening of the research ,JNK was acctracting more attention gradually. A large amount of studies and experiments showed that JNK signaling pathway played a very important role in variuos cancers,whose major mechanism was probably JNK involving in the apoptosis,proliferation,differentiation and other physiological and pathologicalprocess of cells and played an important part in the process of invasion and metastasis of tu-mor. The review learned the JNK signaling pathway by further study and research ,which is beneficial to get more effective inspira-tion and help in the prevention and treatment of malignant tumor for the author.
