广西防城港市火龙果茎溃疡病病原鉴定

【目的】明确在广西防城港市发生的火龙果茎溃疡病病原菌种类,为更好地识别并控制该病害提供理论依据。【方法】从广西防城港市的火龙果园采集具有斑点、溃疡和腐烂症状的火龙果肉质茎,从中分离纯化病原菌,利用柯赫氏法则验证其致病性,通过形态学观察及分子生物学鉴定确定病原菌的种类。【结果】根据病原菌的形态学特征,通过对其ITS、β-tubulin和EF-1α3个基因序列的BLAST分析,将病原菌鉴定为新暗色柱节孢菌(Neoscytalidium dimidiatum)。【结论】广西防城港市火龙果茎溃疡病由新暗色柱节孢菌引起。...

[Objective]In order to provide theoretical basis for recognizing and controling pitaya stem canker, the pathogenic species of pitaya stem canker disease occurred in Fangchenggang was identified.
