光强对小麦Wx近等基因系光合特性的影响
[目的]为了研究小麦灌浆初期不同光强对近等基因系光合特性的影响。[方法]用引进的糯小麦与宁麦14杂交并利用现代分子标记技术创制的8个Wx近等基因系为试验材料。[结果]8种近等基因系的光合-光响应曲线拟合系数比较好,小麦叶片的净光合速(P_n)、气孔导度(G_s)、蒸腾速率(T_r)变化趋势一致,而胞间CO_2浓度(C_i)与之相反。8种近等基因型小麦光补偿点wxAB〉wxA〉wxABD〉Wildtype〉wxD〉wxB〉wxAD=wxBD。8种近等基因型小麦表观量子效率wxB〉wxD〉wxAD〉Wildtype〉wxBD〉wxA〉wxAB〉wxABD。8种近等基因型小麦处于最适光强下积累有机物...

[ Method] A hybrid of glutinous wheat and ninem-14 and 8 Wx approaches created by modem molecular markers was used as the experimen- tal materials.
