赤霉素对台农芒果保鲜效果的研究
以10年生台农芒果树为试验材料,研究了采前喷施不同浓度(0.3、0.5、1.0、2.0、3.0g/L)赤霉素(GA)对采后芒果贮藏品质和采后生理的影响。结果表明:与空白对照相比,几种浓度的GA处理都能够延缓叶绿素的降解和类胡萝卜素及花青素积累,其中2.0g/L处理效果最显著;GA处理能够延缓果实病害发生,与对照相比,贮藏30d,0.5g/L处理可降低病情指数19.44%,处理间差异显著;GA处理能够延缓总可溶性固形物(TSS)含量的变化;减少维生素C(Vc)的损失;保持果实较高的硬度及可滴定酸(TA)含量;GA处理能抑制丙二醛(MDA)的积累,以2.0g/L处理效果最好,贮藏36d,CK、0....
