三相可控整流并联系统环流的抑制研究

三相可控整流并联电路中由于控制与器件不能实时响应、零序开关占空比不同步和器件参数不相同等将导致环流的产生。采用一种统一电压调节器控制方法,即将各并联模块的外环电压调节器独立出来,形成统一电压调节器,通过对并联系统闭环电流的控制实现三相可控整流器的并联均流。对三相PWM整流并联系统进行了小信号建模,分析了其环流产生的原因,通过仿真验证了环流为0.12 mA,输出直流电压纹波电压为输出电压的0.2%;同时负载突变时,0.03s内电压值就恢复到给定值,其输出直流电压的变化量为2.8%,有较好的稳定性。...
